Yo.. I'm back..I'm back.. and 'Right here waiting" is also back by popular demand. =)

Today I met a real devil for the first time in the past 6 weeks of my teaching career in FC. Anyway, quite a few of my colleagues are on MC this week so I've gotta relief their classes for them, which I was glad to do so as time can pass faster this way. Was informed quite late that I've gotta take over two classes today, in fact it was just before I was leaving my house so I only managed to arrive for work in time and kept myself busy preparing for the lesson. One of the kids was 15 minutes early and he was playing innocently at a corner of the room. Or so I thought. Anyway, after the lesson started, this boy whose name was Andre (how in the world do you pronounce that? And that's not all, there's two boys by this same name in the class!) kept running to the back of the class to play with the toys there, oblivious to my teaching at the front of the class! He did all sorts of nonsense throughout the whole lesson, except for sticking his butt to his seat. And the best part came when he chased his friend around the room with the whiteboard duster.. I could do nothing except for trying to stop him and he tried to throw the duster at my face instead!!!!...It's a totally un-cool situation. Oh man, I almost committed the first homicide of my life.

It suddenly dawned on me that if I can encountered such a devil in a small class of 4, I would have 10 of them in a class of 40 next time.. *shudder**shudder* Sigh..

I'm counting down to just 4 more weeks before I move on to the next hell (a bigger school, bigger class, more kids, more devils..get it?), but it's really about time I move on. I think I'm bored by the job already and at least I've got something to look forward to. I'm not prepared to do a sloppy job just because I'm leaving but I can find absolutely no reason why I should be sitting around in the office wasting six hours of my precious Saturdays away when there's absolutely nothing else which I can do, except for chatting with the cleaner auntie. There's not even a soul to supervise and notice that I'm still alive there. I had been rotting dead for the past few weeks (giving out an odour by now) and I've tried my best to find something to do. Understand that they've arranged for me to work on Saturday mornings even when there's no classes as they had planned for programmes to be carried out. But whatever is the case, the programmes haven't arrive and I don't think I'll be involved anyway, since I'm leaving. Is it unethical if I play truant for work? Hahahhaa... Wish that I can go for campcraft comp this Sat, and only go for work after lunch.
