Things I am grateful for:
- I meditated last night, just 5 minutes before falling asleep and it was awesome
- P was not up for a workout today so I went to the gym on my own, 4th consecutive day of exercising, even for just a bit
- I revisited Laurie's course on well-being and good life, remind myself to be happier everyday
Things I'm looking forward to:
- It's a busy day tomorrow but we are checking into MBS again, free one night stay!
- Weekend is kinda near
- Visiting my parents again this weekend
